This joystick was reported to have been removed in working condition from a vessel that was refit with a new bow thruster system. Due to the complexity of the system, we are unable to bench test. The “friction-lock” mechanical function of the joystick appears to be functioning properly. Additionally, we did connect the joystick to a power supply, and the indicator lights and alarm buzzer were functioning properly but that was as far as we were able to test. In light of this, we will give the buyer a 30-day period to have this unit installed and tested by a certified ABT-TRAC technician to confirm functionality and if it is found faulty, return it for a full refund. Buyer assumes ALL liability and risk in purchasing, thoroughly testing and using this part. While this item may show minor cosmetic blemishes from use, it remains in excellent overall condition.
